Recruitment Partner - Birmingham
Full-time, permanent
Hybrid working
Competitive salary
If you know education recruitment and want to step out of agency churn into a role where you actually influence hiring decisions, this Recruitment Partner opportunity puts you at the centre of it.
You’ll work directly with service leaders, shaping hiring strategy, improving quality, and making sure critical roles are filled with the right people, not just quickly—but properly.
- Direct partnership with decision-makers across education and care services
- Real ownership of hiring strategy, not just filling vacancies
- Hybrid working with a balance of office collaboration and flexibility
- Opportunity to influence processes and improve recruitment outcomes
- Exposure across schools, children’s homes and fostering services
- A role focused on impact-reducing churn, improving quality and delivery
Your responsibilities as Recruitment Partner:
- Partner with service leaders in education, children's homes, and foster care to agree recruitment priorities, create clear role briefs, and track vacancy pipelines.
- Deliver targeted attraction plans, build candidate pipelines through advertising and direct sourcing, screen fairly against values and criteria, and maintain ATS data.
- Support structured selection, hiring decisions, candidate engagement to onboarding, and provide market insights for faster, quality hires.
What we’re looking for in a Recruitment Partner:
- Strong recruitment partnering experience with operational stakeholders.
- Proven proactive sourcing.
- Labour market insight.
- ATS proficiency.
