Front of House & Social Media Assistant – Luxury Aesthetics Clinic

• Welcoming every client warmly, managing check-in/check-out and keeping the reception experience smooth and friendly.
• Hosting front of house: offering refreshments, managing the waiting area and ensuring the studio always looks immaculate.
• Building rapport with high-end clients and making sure they feel relaxed, informed and cared for throughout their visit.
• Handling basic admin and IT: appointments, emails and updating client records accurately.
• Posting pre-approved content on social media, updating captions and stories and helping to keep the brand visible online.
• Using a CRM (such as HubSpot) to send newsletters, email campaigns and appointment reminders.
• Gently encouraging happy clients to leave online reviews and supporting soft, service-led sales.

• Background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, premium retail, aesthetics or another high-end client-facing role.
• Exceptionally presentable, calm and confident, with a genuinely warm, patient manner.
• Comfortable with social media and basic digital tools; happy to learn platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Proactive, reliable and proud to take ownership of the front-of-house space.
• Enjoy a more considered pace where you can take time with each client rather than rush.

• £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary + commission based on sales results.
• Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm.
• Beautiful South Kensington location in a refined, creative, luxury environment.
