Executive Assistant - fully remote

30-40 hours per week depending on the needs of the business and the efficiency of the individual
Full remote working
£40,000 per annum
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a busy, varied, and fast-moving role.  This fully remote role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity, stays calm under pressure, and can confidently deal with people at every level.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do.  We need someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.  You’ll be a true right hand - managing priorities, spotting issues before they become problems, and helping keep a wide range of projects, meetings, and communications moving forward.

What you’ll be doing as Executive Assistant:
  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, resolving clashes, protecting time, and making sure priorities are reflected in the schedule.
  • Coordinating meetings across a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior people and larger group sessions.
  • Supporting with planning, logistics, travel coordination, and keeping important commitments on track.
  • Organising offsites, meetings, and events, including finding dates, researching venues, and presenting well thought through options.
  • Researching tools, suppliers, contractors, and practical solutions, then summarising findings clearly and making sensible recommendations.
  • Helping improve systems and processes, particularly where better organisation and communication can save time and improve consistency.
  • Supporting the creation of presentations, documents, and client-facing materials by helping shape content, structure, and messaging.
  • Pulling together and organising information so it is accurate, accessible, and easy for others to use.

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role supporting a senior leader.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who uses initiative, thinks ahead, and is happy making decisions without constant guidance.
  • A calm, capable person who is unfazed by juggling multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Someone professional, discreet, and reliable, who can be trusted with sensitive information.
  • Good digital confidence, including working with calendars, documents, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being one step ahead, and likes making a real difference behind the scenes.  You’ll have the chance to work closely with a senior decision-maker, add value across a wide range of business activity, and shape how things are organised and delivered.

Salary is £40,000, with hours expected to be around 30 to 40 per week depending on the needs of the business and the efficiency of the individual.
