Your responsibilities as Commercial Manager
- Leading fee and contract discussions with local authorities
- Building financial models that actually get used
- Turning numbers into clear, persuasive commercial cases
- Working closely with Ops, Finance, and senior leadership
- Spotting risks early and doing something about them
What we’re looking for in a Commercial Manager
- Previous experience in pricing, commercial finance, or contract management
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience negotiating contracts within regulated or public sector environments
- Understanding of frameworks, commissioning, or service-based contracts
- Ability to present commercial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
