At Recruit Recruit we aim to provide you with friendly, honest, straightforward service and advice. We will make sure that your applications and queries are responded to as quickly as possible and will give you relevant feedback whenever your CV has been presented to a client, and following interviews.
We are also on-hand to offer interview advice and guidance and provide a CV writing service if required. We are increasingly coming across people that have been charged in excess of £200 for 'professional CV services' and think this is daylight robbery (unless supplemented with some exceptional coaching and guidance!). Our standard charges start at £25 and are capped at £75.
We pride ourselves on making sure that we find the right job for you, rather than just one you can do. We make sure that the company values and prospects match your motivations so that we can rest assured that you will be happy there for some time, rather than a quick fix! You will always meet with one of our Consultants before being forwarded for positions: we don't just harvest CV's off job-boards, have a quick chat on the phone, then whip your CV to a potential client! You will get a full job specification and information on the company before you make any important decisions.
To make the process quicker though, you can start the registration process online. It doesn't take long and will then provide you with an option to use our automated services. You will still have contact with real, live (mostly!) human beings! We don't like to just 'process' people and want to establish a close working relationship with candidates. You guys and gals are the ones that get the invoices paid, so you're our most valuable asset, and we need to look after you properly.
